They collapse from disconnection.

About Erin Je'Nae

ErinJeNae is a Community Strategist and the creator of The Greenlight Strategy™, a framework designed to move communities from conflict to collective power.

With a background in community development, anthropology, entrepreneurship, mediation, and integrative healing arts, ErinJeNae approaches transformation as both a scientist and a healer. She researches through lived experience — observing patterns, listening deeply, and identifying the root causes of fragmentation within communities.

Her work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief:

When people feel heard, systems change.

Through community mediation and life coaching, ErinJeNae helps individuals restore clarity and agency. Through structured engagement and data-informed dialogue — including her upcoming Enteraction platform — she supports communities in identifying what truly creates health and sustainability.

Her long-term vision extends beyond relationship repair. In partnership with the Absolute Home Source Team, she is building pathways toward Community Land Trust and Farm Land Trust development, securing ownership and generational stability for the communities she serves.

ErinJeNae does not simply resolve conflict.

She illuminates the path toward collective power.
